Extraction
Aniseed oil is extracted by the process of Steam Distillation, from
the dried ripe fruit and seeds.
Chemical Composition
Linalool, camphene, b-pinene, a-pinene, cis-anethole, anisaldehyde,
trans-anethole, safrole and acetoanisole.
